Mixed Vegetables
Get some frozen mixed veggies, heat them up, and mix them in. Salt and pepper optional.

Cut up some cabbage, sauté in butter or olive oil, add salt and pepper, mix it in.

Cut up a red pepper, sauté it in butter or olive oil, add salt and pepper, and mix it in.
Sauté some spinach in butter or olive oil (with fresh, minced garlic if desired). Add salt and pepper, and mix it in.
Add as a topping; mostly for those who are already fans.
